טופס זה ניתן למילוי עד השעה 14:00 ביום האירוח. בהתאם לתקנון המעונות ניתן לארח עד פעמיים בשבוע ובסוף השבוע (סה"כ 4 ימים).
You can fill in this form by 2.00 PM on the day the guest arrives. Each resident is allowed to have an overnight guest for a maximum of four nights per week (twice on week days and on weekends : Frieday-Saturday)
